The LPHA provides overall clinical supervision and support for the clinical health team. The LPHA approves documentation and ensures fidelity to the CBIS model is demonstrated via documentation and completes FUH services.

Peer support specialist are non-credentialed staff providing needs assessment, boots-on-the-ground care coordination and case management to help fellow peers manage their illness. They will advocate on behalf of consumers / obtain needed resources.
